Jeff Smith was blessed to sign as an undrafted free agent in the NFL with the Houston Oilers. He also played for several arena league pro football clubs.

He has experience as a high school football and track coach for more than 12 years. He has experience with assisting high school student-athletes (mainly football/track) with improving their recruiting process and training techniques. He specializes in helping with communication between the college recruiters, players, and player’s families, fielding field calls and promoting athletes to various colleges and universities via email and social media. Jeff also assists athletes with their SAT/ACT preparation and film evaluation.

He brings experience with opponent game planning and film breakdown. He has helped to prepare college athletes to become potential pro prospects for the NFL, CFL, USFL, and XFL.

Brian Saville brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in finance and accounting to Lance O’s Recruiting Network. A Certified Public Accountant and former Chief Financial Officer, Brian spent his career helping families, entrepreneurs, and organizations make smart, informed investment decisions — a perspective he now brings to the recruiting process.

Like many of the families Lance O’s serves, Brian understands that choosing to invest in a student athlete’s future is both emotional and financial. His background allows him to connect with parents in a unique way, helping them evaluate opportunities, understand long-term value, and navigate today’s rapidly evolving landscape, including the growing impact of NIL.

Drawn to Lance O’s mission from his dedication to youth sport and developing athletes, Brian made a purposeful career transition to work directly with athletes and families. He is passionate about helping student athletes maximize their potential — not only on the field, but in the classroom and beyond — while empowering families to make confident, well-informed decisions about their future.

Cory grew up in a small town in the Rochester, NY area where Friday nights were all about football and community. From those early days under the lights, the game has been a lifelong passion that continues to shape who Cory is.

As both a fan and student of football, he's always appreciated the lessons it teaches about teamwork, discipline, and character. After more than a decade as an entrepreneur and business owner in the customer service industry, he's built a strong foundation in brand development, client relationships, and mentorship.

Now, Cory is grateful for the opportunity to bring those experiences into his work as a scout and mentor—helping student-athletes chase their collegiate dreams, both academically and athletically, while building meaningful relationships with them and their families.

Ricky Rivera has dedicated his life to the game of football, beginning at just seven years old and continuing through his senior year of high school. A two way starter and multi sport athlete, Ricky also started three years on varsity baseball. His impact at Buena Regional High School earned him induction into the school’s Hall of Fame.

A proud United States Air Force veteran, Ricky brings a foundation of discipline, integrity, leadership, and accountability to everything he does. Those values shape his approach as both a scout and a mentor, where he focuses not only on athletic performance but also on character development and long-term growth.

Football is more than a sport in his household; it is a shared passion. He and his 10-year-old son study the game together and enjoy watching plays develop and good old-fashioned tackling. Ricky also coaches his son in baseball throughout the year, reinforcing fundamentals, work ethic, and mental toughness both on and off the field.

When he is not mentoring athletes or coaching, Ricky enjoys photography, traveling, and spending meaningful time with family. His mission is simple: to help young athletes grow into disciplined, confident competitors who are prepared for success at the next level and in life.
