FROM ATHLETE MOMS TO FORMER NFL PLAYERS AND DIVISION 1 TALENTS OUR SCOUTS HAVE THE EXPERIENCE FIRST HAND TO EDUCATE YOUR STUDENT ATHLETE ON THE BEST PRACTICES TO BUILD THERE BRAND. Shester is an aspiring national scout with a deep passion for football and helping young athletes achieve their dreams. Growing up in Florida, he was always surrounded by athletes that showed potential to accomplish great things, but never given a true chance to chase them. Now, as a recruiter, he is dedicated to connecting student athletes with the right opportunities to succeed both on and off the field as well as giving them the ability to feel noticed and heard. He believes that sometimes the same opportunities you wish for and believe to be unobtainable could be the same ones that are easily accessible by chasing it. Though new to the field, Shester is a quick learner with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships. Enthusiastic, committed, and with a fresh perspective to the game, Shester is excited to make an impact and help shape the future of college football through the crafting of well-rounded student athletes.

Jeff Smith was blessed to sign as an undrafted free agent in the NFL with the Houston Oilers. I also played for several arena league pro football clubs.
I am a former high school football and track coach for more than 12 years. I assisted high school student-athletes (mainly football/track) with improving their recruiting process and training techniques. I help with communication between the college recruiters, players, and player’s families. I would field calls and promote athletes to various colleges and universities via email and social media. I assist athletes with their SAT/ACT preparation and film evaluation. I also assisted with opponent game planning and film breakdown.
I have additional experience with preparing college athletes to become potential pro prospects for the NFL, CFL, USFL, and XFL.
I have experience in Player evaluation (including training and film), development, and mentoring at all levels (high school, college, and professional). As well as Player and or Coach promotional and marketing assistance.
