Our team is built from a group of people with diverse experiences in the recruiting and football industry. To a person, they approach their work here with integrity, utilizing their expertise to guide your student athlete to find success not only getting to the next level, but in finding success throughout their playing career. Our team consists of former and current head coaches, football moms, former NFL players, national media draft analysists, analytics professionals, former Division I athletes, and strategic architects - all dedicated to providing a personalized plan for your student athlete, including best practices to build their brand and gain the exposure they deserve. Our team doesn't just mentor these student athletes, but we collaborate with the whole family to ensure understanding and to execute on the strategic plan to get your athlete the opportunity they deserve.

Lance has been helping students receive scholarships to play in colleges his entire professional career. For over 20 years, he has coached at all levels of football. Throughout his career, he has actively strived to encourage and assist student athletes in their personal & professional development. He is currently Head Coach of JV at St. Vincent De Paul College Prep in Petaluma, CA.

Lance has been helping students receive scholarships to play in colleges his entire professional career. For over 20 years, he has coached at all levels of football. Throughout his career, he has actively strived to encourage and assist student athletes in their personal & professional development. MARIE GRAHAM

Marie brings a unique dual perspective to the team as both a dedicated football mom and an accomplished life coach and business consultant. Her professional background is built on mentoring individuals to overcome obstacles and become the best versions of themselves. After guiding her own son and daughter to become top prospects in their respective sports (her son is now playing D1 football), Marie dedicated herself to helping other student-athletes achieve that same level of success. She has partnered with Coach Lance to ensure that every athlete who wants help receives it. The proven strategies she developed in her consulting career now serve as the foundation of her recruiting network.

Coach Bobby Acosta is a nationally respected football coach, educator, and offensive strategist with
experience across high school, collegiate, and elite national programs. He is widely recognized for
developing high-powered offenses, mentoring student-athletes, and building championship-caliber
cultures rooted in discipline, accountability, and family.

ADAM HILL
HEAD NATIONAL SCOUT
Ripley, WV native Adam Hill is a veteran football coach with 26 years of experience at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels. He currently serves as Head Football Coach and General Manager at Ex Prep Post Grad (Expression Prep Academy) in Huntington, WV.
Hill has been a head coach at Howard W. Blake High School and Citrus Park Christian in Tampa, FL, as well as St. Joseph Catholic and Expression Prep in Huntington, WV. At the collegiate level, he has coached at Kentucky Christian University and Hocking College, where in 2022 the Hawks finished #4 nationally in the final JuCo rankings and #2 nationally in rushing — both program bests.
His professional experience includes roles with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Community Relations), the New Orleans Saints (Training Camp Assistant), the Arena Football League’s Tampa Bay Storm (Football Operations), and the XFL’s Tampa Bay Vipers during the league’s 2020 relaunch season.
Coach Hill has helped build programs at four high schools and two colleges. At Blake High School, he engineered a one-year turnaround that produced the school’s first winning season in 46 years, narrowly missing the FHSAA playoffs. His offenses at both the high school and collegiate levels have consistently ranked near the top of their divisions. An Offensive Line specialist, Hill has operated OL/DL training businesses in Florida and West Virginia and launched statewide Big Man Camps and showcases beginning in 2022.
In 2021, he was awarded a U.S. Patent for “The Versaboard,” an offensive line training device used internationally at the high school, college, and professional levels. Notable users include the Calgary Stampeders (CFL) and the U.S. Air Force Academy, which led the nation in rushing during seasons utilizing the device.
He is a member of the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA), a former AFCA Professional Development Series participant, an American Legion Citizenship Award recipient, and an NAIA Coach of Character. Hill is a graduate of Marshall University where he was a member of the Thundering Herd football program.
He and his wife, Gretta, have two sons, Wesley and William.
