Marie brings a unique dual perspective to the team as both a dedicated football mom and an accomplished life coach and business consultant. Her professional background is built on mentoring individuals to overcome obstacles and become the best versions of themselves. After guiding her own son and daughter to become top prospects in their respective sports, Marie dedicated herself to helping other student-athletes achieve that same level of success. She has partnered with Coach Lance to ensure that every athlete who wants help receives it. The proven strategies she developed in her consulting career now serve as the foundation of our recruiting network.

CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER
Jake is based out of Southern New Jersey, where he is raising two kids – one of them currently in the process of getting recruited for college football. He grew up in Buffalo, NY and has a deep love of the Buffalo Bills and actively roots for the Oregon Ducks. He has experience coaching both flag and tackle football at various youth levels, is an officer in his local football booster club, and also helps with football analysis for one of the nation’s top sports podcasters.
Jake coordinates our scouting department, assists with recruit advising, and plays a central role with Lance in the Network's development and operations.

ADRIAN VALENZUELA
RECRUIT ADVISOR & RECRUIT NETWORKING SPECIALIST
Born and raised with a competitor’s spirit, Adrian Valenzuela began his football journey at North Valley High School, where he established himself as one of the most dominant offensive linemen in the region. A two-time First Team All-Region selection in 2009 and 2010, he built his reputation on grit, discipline, and relentless effort on every snap.
After high school, Adrian Valenzuela took his game to the next level at Feather River College, continuing to defy expectations. Despite being considered undersized for his position, he stood out through his work ethic, technique, and leadership. As a sophomore, he earned First Team All-Golden Empire Conference honors, proving that dedication and preparation could outperform physical advantage.
Throughout his career, Adrian has been defined not by natural size but by an unwavering commitment to improvement and team success. Known among teammates and coaches as a motivator and tone-setter, he carried his underdog mentality into coaching and player development. His philosophy emphasizes accountability, fundamentals, and mental toughness traits that build not only great athletes but disciplined leaders on and off the field.
As a coach and mentor, Coach V brings years of competitive experience, leadership, and resilience, channeling his journey into helping the next generation of players reach their full potential. His story serves as a reminder that heart and hard work can transform any challenge into an opportunity to excel.
