Shester is an aspiring national scout with a deep passion for football and helping young athletes achieve their dreams. Growing up in Florida, he was always surrounded by athletes that showed potential to accomplish great things, but never given a true chance to chase them. Now, as a recruiter, he is dedicated to connecting student athletes with the right opportunities to succeed both on and off the field as well as giving them the ability to feel noticed and heard. He believes that sometimes the same opportunities you wish for and believe to be unobtainable could be the same ones that are easily accessible by chasing it. Though new to the field, Shester is a quick learner with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships. Enthusiastic, committed, and with a fresh perspective to the game, Shester is excited to make an impact and help shape the future of college football through the crafting of well-rounded student athletes.
