FROM ATHLETE MOMS TO FORMER NFL PLAYERS AND DIVISION 1 TALENTS OUR SCOUTS HAVE THE EXPERIENCE FIRST HAND TO EDUCATE YOUR STUDENT ATHLETE ON THE BEST PRACTICES TO BUILD THERE BRAND. OUR SCOUTS MENTOR FAMILIES THROUGH THE RECRUITING PROCESS GIVING CONFIDENCE TO THE STUDENT ATHLETE AND UNDERSTANDING TO THE PARENTS OF THE PROCESS TO EARNING A SCHOLASHIP.

With over two decades of executive leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience at a Fortune 500 industry leader, Kory initially joined the LRN Elite 400 to tackle a new business challenge. However, his focus quickly shifted as he began applying his extensive talent development skills to support student-athletes. While the business opportunity brought him through the door, he stayed for the athletes, finding that the fulfillment of shaping their futures far outweighs any paycheck. Kory’s mission is now to use his deep background in building high-performance teams to scout, advise, and build up the next generation of talent.
